Shipping Policy
As most of our products are made-to-order bespoke in Cheshire, it does take time to lovingly craft each product. Our usual turnaround time is 7-14 working days.
If standard shipping is selected, it usually takes 2-4 working days for orders to arrive, however we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery once it has left us. Customers will receive a tracking number so shipping is fully tracked from the moment it leaves us.
Refund Policy
Due to each of our items being handmade we cannot offer refunds, returns or exchanges on our items. Returns are only accepted if an item is faulty. If you experience a faulty product I will ask for you to return the item back to me so we can investigate/resolve the issue. If faulty, please contact us via email to arrange a return. Please note you will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item back to us. We recommend sending any returns signed for service, so you can track its journey back to us. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for us to process your return and refund. It may also take 3-5 working days from your bank for the refund to show in your account.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Please ensure all wording, colours and options chosen on your items are correct, as these will be designed and printed exactly as submitted. We cannot take responsibility for spelling errors or mistakes on your order. As each of our items are bespoke made to order, we cannot offer returns or refunds unless faulty (see above for more details). If you have any questions, feel free to email us.
