We ship all orders Royal Mail 48 Tracked.
We aim to deliver parcels within the time frames specified on our site. However, there are times when delays may occur which are beyond our control. Wisteria London Ltd shall have no liability for any failure to deliver goods, any delays in delivery or for any damage or defect to goods caused by any of the following events or circumstances beyond reasonable control: riots, fires, acts of God, drought, war or legislation.

Refund Policy
Any items ordered from the Wisteria London Ltd can be returned unworn for a full refund within a 14 day period starting from the date of delivery.
Please note due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of earrings or hair pieces unless faulty.
Assuming that our returns policy has been adhered to returned goods will be credited within 7-10 days of receiving them.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) and we suggest that you use a reputable and secure delivery service and retain proof of postage. A refund will only be issued once the returned items have been received back to our warehouse. You will have to provide proof of purchase from Wisteria London Ltd in order to receive a refund.
