All items are handmade, therefore shipping time will vary. In stock items can usually be dispatched within 1-3 working days however some items, including bespoke orders & back orders, may have a lead time of 2-3 weeks. Please do contact my shop if you have any questions.
Refund Policy
In the unlikely event of an incorrect item being dispatched or a quality issue, please contact the shop within 3 days of receipt to discuss options.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Due to the handmade nature of these items, cancellations, returns and exchanges are not possible.
In addition, please be aware that earrings may not be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
