Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
In order to maintain fast processing and dispatch times, orders enter the design and production process on the same business day they are placed. Any request to cancel or amend personalised orders must therefore be made within 2 hours. Non personalised orders can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch.
We have a 28-day return policy on non-personalised items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and an additional 14 days to return the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

We do not offer free returns.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products, special orders or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
