UK Delivery Only
We offer two delivery options and Royal Mail is our preferred carrier. They may be a little bit more expensive than the others, but we trust Royal Mail to get our products to you.
- STANDARD - 2nd Class Signed For Delivery: Estimated delivery in 2-3 working days.
- EXPRESS - 1st Class Signed For Delivery: Estimated next working day delivery.
All Signed For Services include a tracking number, insurance, requires a signature on delivery and provides proof of delivery.
Refund Policy
PERSONALISATION AND CUSTOMISATION
Products that have been personalised or customised are NON-REFUNDABLE. We are unable to offer any exchanges, or refunds if you've changed your mind, dislike the product or entered the wrong personalisation details.
CUSTOMER ERROR
Please ensure that all texts, dates, spellings etc. are correct at the time of purchase as we cannot be held responsible by customer error. No refund will be given for customer error.
DREAMS & CONFETTI DESIGNS ERROR
In the very rare instance where we have made an error, we will replace the product and dispatch it you, but no refund will be given.
DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely but unfortunate event that your order has been received damaged, you MUST report the damage with photographic evidence to us within 48 hours of delivery, via email at hello@dreamsandconfettidesigns.co.uk. Photographic evidence of any damaged products and its packaging must be received by us, via email, to qualify for a replacement. All replacements will be a "like for like" product only.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We're confident that you'll love your purchase, but if you change your mind for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund (excluding postage) or exchange within 14 days from date of delivery.
These exclusions apply:
- All returned products MUST be in an unused and resalable condition.
- All returns MUST be sent via a tracked and signature service.
- Personalised products are excluded from cancellation, return, exchange or refund.
- Customised products are excluded from cancellation, return, exchange or refund.
