The Ordering Process

  1. Purchase your stationery
  2. I will email you a spreadsheet for you to fill out with your wedding details
  3. Once I receive your completed spreadsheet, I will start work on personalising your wedding stationery
  4. I will email you your final wedding stationery PDF file
  5. Check that the personalised details are correct and for any spelling errors. I will correct it for you upon request
  6. Print your stationery using Printed.com

Shipping Policy

Processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Digital product delivery

Digital PDF files are delivered FREE by email within 2 business days from your order confirmation.

Physical product delivery

We offer FREE flat rate shipping to the UK using Royal Mail 2nd Class post. Delivery in 2 to 3 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship to countries outside the UK.

Delivery not arrived?

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sagesongbirddesigns@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any of our products.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
