HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
In most cases orders are dispatched within 5 business days BUT please allow up to a week for dispatch plus 2-3 working days for delivery. This can be longer during busy and peak times. Please also allow extra time if you are ordering multiples of an item.
Tracking numbers are attached to your order after dispatch.
NEED YOUR ORDER BEFORE A CERTAIN DATE?
No worries, please just contact us BEFORE purchasing so we can confirm that this is possible. Please do NOT add dates you need your order by in the notes box as we will NOT see this until we start to process your order and by then it could be too late.
Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address, once an order is dispatched this can no longer be changed and if any of the address details provided are incorrect you will be liable to pay further shipping costs if necessary.
All personalised and custom made orders are non-refundable.
If there has been an issue with your order or delivery, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the order so we can rectify with either a replacement or refund. Photographic evidence will be required for Any damages, issues or spelling mistakes.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on all our items. All personalised and custom orders are non returnable and non refundable.
Any returns need to be processed with us within 14 calendar days from the day you received your order.
If you need to cancel your order, please ensure you let us know BEFORE we ship your order. Once shipped, you will need to return the item. If ordering a personalised item and we have already made your item when you contact us to cancel, we unfortunately will be unable to cancel your order.
We do not offer any paid returns, so you will be fully responsible for any return costs and for the item until it arrives back with us. We always recommend using a fully tracked service which offers insurance just in case. If the item doesn’t arrive back to us, arrives damaged or is not in its unused original condition we reserve the right to not refund and you will need to pay to have the item sent back to you. It will also be your responsibility to liaise with the postal/courier company you used to return to us for any lost or damaged returns.
