All orders are processed within 7 days unless stated in the description. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. PERSONALISED ORDERS TAKE 7 TO BE MADE AND DISPATCHED. If you need your order sooner please contact me BEFORE ordering.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Once your order has been dispatched shipping may take 2-3 business days to arrive.
Refund Policy
f your item has been personalised we are unable to offer a refund unless the fault is ours. When ordering a personalised item please ensure it is spelt correctly.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
